pricing

  • Months 1 & 2 - ₪900/month

  • The first two months are where we do the heavy lifting. We build your plan, dial in your habits, and figure out what actually works for your body and your training

  • We'll meet 2 x monthly online.

  • Month 3 onwards - ₪600/month

  • Ongoing support, accountability, and plan adjustments as your training and goals evolve 

  • We'll meet 1 x monthly online.
