Hi there! I'm Shevi. I'm originally from Australia, and have been living in Israel since 2012.
I'm pretty passionate about health, fitness, and wellbeing and spend a significant chunk of time dedicated to exactly that!
I grew up with a pretty poor relationship with food and exercise, and spent most of my teen years navigating disordered eating. My own healing journey lead me to discover powerlifting, the underrated importance of strength, and the empowerment that comes with being fueled and healthy.
My educational background includes nutrition sciences at Hebrew University, personal training at Wingate College, sports rehabilitation therapy at Ono College, eating disorder specialization for dieticians at Machon Magid, sports nutrition at NCSA and other diplomas along the way. More importantly, I've been working with clients since 2017 and absolutely love to inspire positive change in people who want to improve their health.

I understand what it is like to feel lost in cycles of restriction, to have a poor relationship with food and exercise, to feel stuck in training, or to believe that being smaller is the only goal.

My focus is not on restriction or "diet" plans, but rather on balanced, evidence based nutrition and strength coaching that helps you reach your goals in a sustainable way, without giving up the foods you love or the life you want to live.
Whether your goal is to feel more energized, get stronger, fix your relationship with food, change your body composition, compete in powerlifting meets, or simply feel more at ease in your own skin, my aim is to give you the tools, structure, and support to create lasting change.
Because at the end of the day, it's about building a body and a mindset that make you feel strong, fueled and well.
