my Mission

Hi, I'm Shevi - soon-to-be registered dietitian, strength trainer, and competitive powerlifter (yes, I actually compete). 

​

I built Barbell Nutrition because most advice for lifters is either too bro-science or too clinical to be useful.

 

I sit at the intersection of evidence-based practice and real strength sport culture.

​

I work with powerlifters, recreational lifters, and anyone who want to fix their relationship with food - whether that means performing better, reaching peak strength, navigating disordered eating or just feeling healthy and comfortable in your body.

 

For serious lifters I also offer strength coaching and a full nutrition and training package.

​

I believe nutrition and training plans should work with your lifestyle and have you feeling fueled, strong and well.
