Hi! I'm Shevi, the founder of Barbell Nutrition.

I'm a nutritionist with 10 years of coaching experience.
​
I deliver expert online nutrition coaching focusing on health, performance, and wellness tailored to powerlifters, strength athletes, and/ or anyone in Israel looking to enhance their health and lifestyle.
I believe in nurturing a positive relationship with food and exercise while educating my clients about nutrition essentials, fuelling mindsets, and wellness.

I also believe that nutrition plans should work with your lifestyle and set you up for realistic, healthy long terms goals alongside education (through coaching) that you'll have for life.
